Topic A: Cinnamon Rolls

 I chose the topic of the food, currently i have want the eat cinnamon rolls so i will talk about it. The Cinnamon Rolls are masses baked in oven with a large amount of butter and cinnamon, the glaze is made of cream cheese. In generally, when the masses is uncooked is placed butter, sugar and cinnamon powder, is rolled up and the out of the oven it should be golden, the smell to cinnamon becomes particularly more bold. When it's still hot pour the glaze.

Well, i have my own recipe the cinnamon rolls because the one given to me was very sweet and that no  it's required the glaze for can enjoying, the replacement is whipped cream is more tasty.

Well, for its preparation, I'd better tell you everything in case you feel like it.

The ingredients needed are:

For the dough:

-1 sachet of yeast of 10gr or a whole teaspoonful

-1 cup or 250 ml of warm milk (it doesn't matter if it is whole or skimmed)

-1/3 cup or 80 gr of Mantquilla with salt (it can be unsalted, but it is more expensive)

-1/2 cup or 60 gr of white sugar

-2 eggs

-4 cups or 1 kg of flour with or without yeast (I recommend 2 kg of flour)

- 1 teaspoon of salt

For the filling:

-1 cup or 120 gr white sugar

-2/3 cup or 180 gr of Butter

-3 tablespoons of cinnamon powder.

For sauce replacement:

-Whipping cream

-Flower sugar

Preparation:

  1. It sould put the yeast in the milk warm, mix well and allow to stand.
  2. For the dough is put on butter at temperature ambient or heat a little in the microwave in the bowl large woth sugar, mixes well. After add one egg, mix weel, ot sould be creamy in hsape and after is added the last egg. When  you're finished of mixes, is added the salt and the flour for return in the mixes, the final result should be a kind of wet sand with some lumps (I recommend using a clean hand or gloves).
  3. Now you need topour the milk with teaspoonful to the flour, is stirred and in a hurry is leaving adding more flour to it have a consistency soft, but firm. to you know that is the consistency exact is that should not stick to your fingers so much. In other bowl or the same you should oil for leave it covered and that rest for one hour o more. Must duplicate it's size.
  4. While the dough is rising, you can create the filling. Just is mixed the sugar, the cinnamon and the butter very well in a bowl until the dought is ready.
  5. When the dough is ready, it gets dusty table and is placed the dough, is passed the roller to generate a rectangle with the dough, the thickness of the dough can be 5 mm or half the size of the little finger. When it's the fully streched, is thrown the mixture of the filler on all sides and is cover all parts well.
  6. Finally is rolls up and cuts, each cut should be the size of your hand or as you prefer, it can generate 5 to 8 rolls the dough. Finally, it is left to rest on an oiled tray or tray for 20 to 30 minutes.
  7. You should preheat the oven at medium temperature for 20 minutes, i recommend doing it during the time to let the rolls rest. After tje time resting you put the rolls in the oven and leave it temperature medium, it takes 30 to 60 minutes to be ready.
  8. I recommend thar when you take out, do not try to eat because they are still very hot. While it are cooling to start preparing your accompaninment, in a  bowl put the cream whipping, let it get thick and before it consistency final add sugar powedered in small amounts, until you have the cream to your liking and ready.
You eating it always warm because it is tastier.
I like much this recipe because I had to bake at least 3 more times to hit the nail on the head with the exact ingredients for my sweet level, this I did in the quarantine of 2019 and it entertained me quite a bit, I enjoyed it a lot in hard times. Well, not very good for your health, they are to indulge in once in a while.
